Simple Lemon rind Pancake
Are you tired of baking and you just need a pastry from your frying pan?
Ingredients
- 125g of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- A pinch of salt
- An egg
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 10g Lemon rinds
- Sugar to taste
- 10 ml of vegetable oil
Procedure
- In a bowl, mix margarine and sugar to get a sandy texture
- Add the egg and stir using whist to get clear syrup
- Add the rest of the ingredients to get a liquid-like dough.
- On a frying pan, put a little vegetable oil let it heat. Use a serving spoon to scoop the liquid-like dough on it at you spread it to take the shape of the pan. Wait until it is brown and turn.
- Let the turned part also get the brown color. Remove and repeat the procedure until you finish all the dough.
- Let it cool and serve with the beverage of choice
Plain egg Omelette
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 10 ml of vegetable oil
Procedure
- Heat the vegetable oil in the pan
- Beat the eggs to get a liquid texture
- Pour the egg mixture on the frying pan.
- Wait for it to create one flat egg mixture
- Once you see a yellowish/ brownish color then turn the other side
- Repeat the same procedure and serve it while hot with sausages or a pastry of choice.
